Pelvic exercises

Hi ladies thought I'd share this,I found a great easy exercise for the pelvic floor muscles my balance is not so good so I'm a bit over cautious with everything, this one suits me to a tee.
Open bedroom or lounge door which usually would have a handle on each side.stand facing the edge of door and grip each handle either side of door, keep lower legs straight and bend your back as if your going to sit in a chair while holding onto the handles, hold this for 20 seconds or less and try do this a few times each day it all helps and eventually you'll get stronger and be able to squat lower and it's a safe way to do squats.have fun xx

I will try it Daisydot thank you!  Since the menopauase my pelvic floor is rubbish when I need a "pee" I cant think about it too long as I have to find a toilet quick or if out running, a bush!  I dont like ageing much!
