Nissa so sorry only just seen your reply to my post,the NICE report now says women can stay on HRT for longer,and that it isnt as harmful as first thought
You dont need to mention anything specific, i just mentioned the NICE report and thats all, Drs know what it is,
I hope you have managed to get something sorted,
Sorry again for the late reply, i am fairly new here and still finding my way around

Hi

Just seen your post Wanderer and remembered the messages we had shared as we both had similar stories...52 and hit by just about everything suddenly.

Well I turn 60 in May, still see Mr Panay, still very up and down with various symptoms. I have a patch now with utrogestan and quite honestly cannot see me ever coming off of it as every time I reduce the hrt it all comes crashing down.
