I wouldn't worry about not bleeding. I wouldn't be in a hurry to change to a continuous HRT either - conti HRt can be more problematic. If you are feeling good on what you are on, then stick with it. If in your mid 50s you want to take a break to see how you feel, then that may be a good idea.
If you had a period 6 months before you started HRT then you are deemed peri menopause so need a sequential HRT and the peri stage can actually last several years with periods stopping and starting - long gaps between periods, longer or heavier or lighter periods etc. - everyone is different but it's not unusual to start getting peri symptoms from our mid 40s and the average age for going into post meno is between 52-55 I believe.
If you should develop heavy or erratic bleeding then get this checked but ‘if a things Ok, leave it be' is my moto.
