I personally think that as the womb prepares for the bleed this will naturally effect the bowels. If you get this every month then perhaps you need to adjust your diet a bit to prevent this diarrhoea? Eat slightly less fibrous foods but drink enough water.  I'm afraid as we go through meno our whole system becomes more sensitive - in my experience, especially the digestive system. I find a dose of Pepto Bismol often helps with nausea.  DG x

Thank you x only been on femseven for a couple of months so hoping things will settle .....but the last three days have been horrible. Chronic diarrhoea, nausea,  tiredness like I've never experienced and terrible aches and pains. But only had this on the progesterone / oestrogen 2 week patches. Feel great on the  2 weeks oestrogen only patch. I gather from the little ive read, that it can be progesterone that is the problematic part of Hrt 😕
