Hi . I am 52 and been on premique low dose for just over a year. On low dose as I used to have endometriosis so too high dose risks that returning. I was hoping it would help my headaches / migraines , never got them until I was going into menopause. I have heard patches are better for this and may help. So have a prescription for them. I just want to know can I swap over at any point or do I finish a packet of the oral and then start the patches? Any advice would be greatly appreciated . Thank you . Kim

It should tell you on the leaflet about the patches x

Did Premique give you a withdrawal bleed or is that also a conti hrt? If it is a conti then you can stop Premique and put on a patch straight away. If Premique is a sequi hrt then you need to finish the month, wait a week, and then apply the patch.

If persique is a conti HRT then you can just swap to the patches.
