Evening ladies,

Just a quick update on how I am getting on. Well, the good news is I have had a couple of good nights sleep with one hot flush in the early hours.

Just wanted to hear from those who have used patches longer than I have. Did you put on weight?; spots on your face?; did the vaginal dryness disappear?; were you able to enjoy a glass of wine without experiencing major hotfluses?

Sounds good ! Am starting patches on monday cant feel any worse tried tablets for over 2 yrs have been miserable really hope they work .

Sorry to hear that First Flush. Hope you feel better on patches. I tried the tablets for a few days and had very bad side effects and stopped immediately.

What bad side effects did you have? My partner and i went for a few drinks on friday and i knew i shouldnt have because had barely slept told him exactly what i thought of him when we got home cant remember much just know i was in a rage has left me feeling really upset . Things not good i have low mood zero sex drive in fact cant bear to be touched anxiety so bad 😥
