Hi Ladies,

I am not on HRT and periods all over the place but I still keep getting the ovulation pain every month sometimes a few times a month as if my period is going to start. Some usual PMS as well. I feel like I just want to have a period as concerned I could get a 'build up' if that makes sense?. I trust this is normal in peri and maybe this could be the time that my periods are about to finally stop? 48 now and in peri for around 5 years now.
