I use 100mg utrogestan vaginally every other day specifically not to have a bleed.

Out of interrest, are you on a continuous HRT regime then Lizzieb60?  Or just prefer not to have a bleed?

I really prefer not to have a bleed. I used to have painful periods/bleeds as apparently had fibroids which of course are not helped by HRT.  I think using utrogestan on alternate nights works well for me along with oestrogel.  I had a recent wobble after a mammogram recall and dropped back a bit on the gel but within a week I was noticing the difference.  My GP advised me to go back to three pumps again. A couple of years ago she was urging me to think about coming off it! (Of course it could also be my annual November thing - hate the onset of winter and the lack of sunlight and Christmas hitting on us way too soon).

For 3 pumps of oestrogen you should get a bleed I am on 1 pump and I get a bleed but then again I am using 100mg x 12 days, perhaps try that next month and see
