This is an American site but does give explanations as to what prolapse is and how it can affect us in our daily lives. I have posted before on the "inflataball " pessary which is size of large lil let tampon - are there still lil lets ? - pops in and out with ease and has completely sorted my prolapse without having an op . It does say on website that it's not suitable for ladies who have had a hysterectomy but it worked for me . My prolapse had extended far out of my vagina and was so distressing with all the attendant issues . Just wish I had known about them years ago and it would possibly have prevented my prolapse from worsening  .
