Over the last couple of weeks I keep reading here and on Facebook menopause groups women feeling low, not themselves ect, so I thought we could share what lifts you, makes you happy, feel good about yourself as may give others ideas. 💕
I no when you have depression on top it's hard to do things as when I'm low I just want to hide but even giving yourself a little goal can make you feel like you have achieved something even if it's having a pamper bath, going for a walk, baking a cake ect.
I like to do my nails as always makes me feel glam even when I'm spotty, feeling bloated, tired ect.
Or going for a nice walk listening to happy music. Xxx
