I am pretty sure that with Pancreatic C you would have some serious weight loss.  Usually this would happen before you experienced symptoms as this is usually the case.  Im no doctor tho but do have experience with people having it.  I get A LOT of heartburn acid and stomach symptoms.  I worry like you do about all those things too when I get a flare up.  I would just mention to your doc next time you are in because it could be an ulcer gallstones or just a bit of acid reflux or even gastritis....have had that too and can give pain in abdo and back between shoulders in chest.  Its pretty painful but not a serious condition.  Some simple medication may settle it down in no time.  Best of luck.  I know how the anxiety can get to you. xx

Sadly I lost my mum to pancreatic cancer.  The first symptom she presented with was that she turned yellow (like jaundice), but no weight loss though.  She also had some gastric issues because she thought she had gallstones (until diagnosis) x
