I haven't used this type of HRT but many women get pms type symptoms in the second part of their HRT regime and especially for some of the synthetic progestogens. Femseven sequi is generally better tolerated than the other combi one - Evorel sequi, judging by what I've read on here.
Depending where you are in menopause - if you continue to not bleed on this regime, If you are post-menopause you might be able to try a longer overall cycle under supervision ( or slightly shorter progestogen regime) by using separate oestrogen and progesterone ( Utrogestan). Used vaginally this minimises adverse side effects.
