Burning Stomach and Diarrhoea

Hi,
Sorry for TMI, my stomach has been off for a few days now. It is burning and I can feel this sensation working its way through my digestive system. When it get to the end it results in diarrhoea. Once over it starts again!
Any suggestions/remedies?

There is a stomach bug going round at the moment.
Black currant cordial is the the drink that won't make it worse.
Dry white toast without butter.
Hope you feel better soon.
