I've been taking estrogel for a few days and have a sore tummy (uterus?). Is this normal does anyone know and if so does it last long?

I think it is quite usual to develope some cramping type pain as the oestrogen begins to plump up the lining of the womb. It's always happened to me when starting HRT and also using topical oestrogen such as Vagifem. It should settle eventually. Does a painkiller such as Nurofen ease the pain?
