Forgive me if I'm being naive about menopausal symptoms! I go through phases of sleeping really well or interrupted sleep. I presume it's all connected with menopause?!! I usually go to bed around 10.45pm and wake around 6.30-6.50. At weekends it could be later 7-7.30 even 8am (but not for a long time). I have been through the 5-5.30am awakening and had to get up, not for a year or so though. Last few weeks my sleeping patterns have been very erratic, including a lot of tossing and turning or sleep for an hour, wake, go back to sleep & so it goes on all night. Even went to bed at 10pm last night as I'd been fighting tiredness for over an hour & still woke at silly o'clock. Yesterday I actually left house before 7am to go swimming, otherwise days feel so long. How do you all cope? Any advice welcome.
