Just a thought from your reply....how about starting again with oestrogen alone? In your 3 previous regimes, you lasted longest on the ones without testosterone. So it would seem practical to restart without the T.
I've had a hysterectomy but kept ovaries but know they have stopped working because of blood tests. I've also felt total despair because I thought HRT wasn't working for me so where did it leave me? But at the moment, I'm doing well, I do know that can all change though.
Maybe for the moment, could you try Oestrogel at a low dose. Maybe a pea sized amount, once a day, then twice a day.
I think it's so important to get a tiny amount into your system, let it settle, then increase. But allow side effects to happen as this will happen with any new drug entering your body.
Also don't look for changes and improvements too soon. You won't notice them - give yourself and your body time.
