Thank you ladies for your replies. I am glad I came on here whilst tea in oven as I felt I was heading for a panic attack which I haven't had for over 30 years even though I was trying to be rational. Rescue remedy out and a cold glass of water to sip. Breathe....

Me too - I got a Fitbit for birthday!
I love it! It's given me a kick up the backside for being lazy.
I have Alta HR and my heart rate is 65 resting.
I'm sure your reading sounds very healthy.
Currently doing at least 13000 steps a day.

Just thought I'd let you know that I mentioned my resting pulse rate to my GP, after taking my pulse which she said was strong and steady. She said that the pulse rate can fall to 30 when sleeping. It took a couple of weeks to stop feeling anxious but so much better now. Did a Zumba class without worrying yesterday felt fine. Flutterbyx
