When DD was a little girl her inner labia used to protrude beyond the outer lips but I never said anything and neither did she. It never occurred to me that it was a problem and she never asked about it. As she got a bit older she sometimes needed treatment fo a skin issue which meant me administering ointment to the area.  I noticed as she got older it became less noticeable.  Common sense is needed here, not mutilation  >:(
