I thought mine may have been the utrogestan, but I think it may be the estrogel.  It did deinitely feel like a migraine

SuziQ I did think about migraine as it was the type of headache it was. I've just never had one before. At the moment, I'm just trying to continue the HRT and see how things settle.  It's hard to tell what is side effects from the reduction of hormones changing from the pill and what may be the HRT type or dose. The weight I know is the HRT 😕

CLKD yes, I'm not feeling so nauseous anymore and haven't had a headache for a few days. I still don't think I have the balance right. I have some bad fluid retention too so I cut the dose down.  I noticed immediately symptoms.  My hair went dry and seem to be coming out more, my skin went dry and diarrhoea. I think I need to slowly increase and hope the headaches and fluid don't come back. Does anyone else notice immediate symptoms if they haven't quite got enough or too many hormones?

I do and I find it quite frustrating.  :(

I try to function on the lowest dose possible but have had absorption issues - I'm currently on Estradot 100 and add in a pump of Oestrogel when my low symptoms come through. It's like a daily adventure not knowing what to expect. When I was just using gel I literally felt my symptoms start about 4pm so I guess I'm a bit more controlled with the patch.

Good luck Katia!

Salad, I feel that with the gel, that it doesn't last 24 hours. I'm fairly new with it so it may still be building. Gee I wish to Utrogestan build slowly. That hits me like a sledgehammer wishes I take it
