Thankyou ladies ....Gorgeous 🤔 gosh don't ses myself as that at all.

Bertie is my 14 year old westie walks 4 miles a day , I walk 2 on my own later in the PM , and Bonnie is the border she is 9. Bertie sleeps on the bed 🙈, old age brings the I can do whatever I want whenever I want. 🐶😊.

Mona Lisa update had third last Wednesday, went for women's health physio today and she said visually it looks pretty darn good , a real difference , internally really different , supple with bounce and slide and glide , so see where I am in 5 weeks , then if necessary I will have 1/2 more sessions.

I have other problems also nerve damage , but regards having " just"
VA , in my non medical opinion it's 👍 up from me, so far and will up date.
