I have multiple fibroids, biggest measured 6cm x 5cm last year. Seemed to be causing digestion problems and stomach pain because of where it was placed, which lasted about a year on and off. Pain was worse when I felt oestregen was high. Haven't had these stomach problems since January, and realise I can eat pretty much anything again with no digestion issues. I am perimenopausal and had 1 period between October and March, but have bled quite a lot since March, with very bad period pain like cramps during the last bleed which lasted 25 days. Now I'm wondering if this is fibroid degeneration - I know I can't tell without another scan but wondering if it ties in with anyone else's experiences?
