I've just stepped up from one pump to two. Does it matter if I do two at the same time? Or should I do one in morning/evening?

I worry i'll forget at night.

I use to do this one in the morning and one at night, I do take an antidepressant  at 5.30 every day and put an alarm on my phone or I'd forget to xx

I used to use 2 pumps at night. Occasionally forgot, but didn't cause problems.
