Hi everyone. I'm currently on HRT but need advice about coming off it to try the LadyCare magnet. Do I use them together for a while and then come off the HRT or just stop HRT and use the magnet straight away? Is it ok just to stop HRT? Thank you. Shona xxx

Hi Shona - there are lots of posts on here about the Ladycare magnet but, sadly, I don't think anyone has had long term success.

Why do you want to stop HRT if you don't mind me asking and what symptoms are you hoping the Ladycare will keep at bay?
