Hello all
It's the exhaustion that I'm so struggling with I actually write down when I haven't felt wiped out.. today was good for half the day and I had a great day 10 days ago. I go to bed at 10 and get up at 7 through the week but could easily sleep till 10.00 everyday and sleep every afternoon😒. When I read that it does pass it gives me hope, so thank you x

Menomale,
I had flushes and night sweats before the hrt but cant remember being this tired before. We're all different It may be the hrt will help your energy levels
I have so much stress in my life right now its a wonder i can get out of bed at all really. I think the tiredness is probably mild depression now and maybe it would have been there meno or not. I don't know. There's too many factors to put it down to one really.
Good luck Jollidays , it's tough isn't it?

You're probably right, but I think the tiredness has something to do with the menopause. I have been stressed/depressed before but have never experienced this crushing fatigue and before that I was not sleeping at all, now I just want to sleep!
