Hi
I am 56 and after trying a few different types of HRT I was prescribed 100mg oral Utrogestan and 1mg Sandrena gel. Both of these I have been prescribed to take every day, no break, which I started end September last year.

I have a history of anxiety and also take anti depressants.

I have been experiencing muzzy headedness, fatigue, and anxiety for the past 3-4 months and am confused as to whether the hrt is causing this. I thought taking Utrogestan every day seemed a lot and queried it but was told to carry on until my hrt clinic appt.

What do others think? Could the Utrogestan be causing my symptoms? In my short, rushed appt when prescribed the dr did say I could use 1 or 2 gel sachets and I've stuck with 1. He didn't say why I might up the dose - would that help?

Any feedback or views would be really appreciated

Thanks
