don't underestimate the value of reassurance.........
« on: March 25, 2017, 09:27:00 AM »

........available on this forum  :)

This morning I posted a thread on missed heartbeats.  I then did a search and found an old thread from last year about it.  In this thread a member had recommended a youtube video called York Cardiology.

I am so grateful for this as I watched several of the videos which reassured me and stopped my health anxiety from escalating.

Sometimes reassurance is all that we need to shift our mindset and help us see things clearly.

Many times I have had this from some members of this forum and I am very grateful that this exists.  I am sure that there are many other ladies who also feel the same.

Hi baby Jane- agree. Thank God for this site. I now realise I'm not a neurotic freak!  :na: :spin:

Couldnt agree more Baby Jane, the love and support is second to none.  Ive been terribly upset and anxious about my eyes but when I read all the other posts on here I realise we all have our issues and problems to face, a lot more difficult than mine and I'm so grateful for all the help and advice. Im a relative newbie so appreciate it even more .
