Morning ladies I've just started using gel again, I have researched on here and the Internet and read instructions.
Seems a lot of different advice.
Just want to no if you Use the gel how do you apply and where?
I've been doing on the top of my thigh (which I now see is wrong it's inside the thigh) and over
A palm side area of skin which seems like it's quite a lot in one place as looks like a pile.
Wait about 10-15 mins to soak.
I no there is a thread on the gel but a lot of pages to read through I'm getting confused so

I no it makes it so confusing, so I'm guessing you rub it in a section bigger then the side of your palm? Thanks for reply to xx
