I asked for advice and the hrt that seems a good starting point is femoston 1/10 which is what the doctor begrudgingly gave me he wanted me to go in elleste duet but I pushed for femoston but who knows..I usually get either no results from pills or extreme reaction and side effects ...so I'll keep my fingers crossed
