Aw I'm really pleased for you Abby !
My hair might deteriorate yet and I might not know for a while but my mindset is I can replace my hair I cannot improve other things that Tibolone may do x

Anjia,
Yes if you look at my earlier entries you'll see I had the same with white wine/prosecco for a few months. Oddly red was OK, not that I normally have more than a glass maybe twice a week. I started on Tibolone last Sept and by Xmas I was OK again with white wine (and champagne). I'd just avoid it for the 1st 3 months and try a small amount again then.

I've found my desire to drink has diminished on Tibolone (good news!) and am drinking less.. I am not suffering from any kind of hangover type things, hopefully will result in shifting the pounds!
hair seems to be improving (but could be imagination only on day 6!)
hope you are all well xx

I feel ok.. nothing much to report, apart from feeling a bit swollen in the boobie area.. Hopefully will settle down. The only thing I really want to get better is sleeping, I'm still waking 2 or 3 times a night..
I think it will take a few weeks to settle in no?
Abby xx
