Week 17+
Since my last update I've had a fair bit or sinus pain & headaches thanks to an absolutely stinking cold. However in an attempt to up my fruit intake I've made a conscious effort to have more bananas - smoothies, or in my favourite toasted sandwich with a small amount of peanut butter, and the last 4 days no headaches.
Now it could be a coincidence, or just the reduction in the amount of snot my nose has been producing (sorry gross I know), or something else but I thought I'd share just in case.
For those of you starting on Tibolone, be patient. The first month was very odd for me and I did have episodes of nausea (mixed with off the scale libido). The time of day I took it made a difference - before bed was the worst, morning OK but a bit variable time wise if I got up late, so now I take it around mid day and this suits me the best, so do play around with the time you take it.
