Another update, almost 12 weeks since starting and I'm a little disappointed.
So lets start with the good...........Mood good, mentally feel quite well balanced.
No increase in 'hair in unwanted places'.
Personal moisture levels, excellent.
Hot flushes - very almost zero.
Energy levels good and sleeping well.
I guess I feel 'normal' - or my 'normal'.
Disappointment..............I don't think the aching joints were down to the exercise, they have persisted. mainly hips, lower back and knees.
Libido has dropped off somewhat, and would say a bit below what my pre meno level was. Now don't get me wrong, this is still better than what it was, but having had experience of being a 'randy old sod' I'd quite like some more of that
So the question is how does my body know what proportions to convert the Tibolone to?
Could it be that it started with a bit too much Testosterone & now the Oestrogen & Progesterone have kicked in it's dulling the Testosterone effect?
I'm seeing my gynaecologist at the end of Dec, and wondering if I could have Testosterone gel - just to top things up a bit? Is anyone taking Tibolone & using Testosterone gel?
