Well ladies I have at last been  :hapij: :hapij: I never want to be that bad again. Thankyou for all your helpful advice. This forum is great. It took about 4 days after having prunes, drinking loads,Laxido sachets from the doctor(mainly to start things going),ducolax etc. One thing that helped a lot was Sea Buckthorn omega 7 oil capsules. It is good for a lot of things but expensive. Thanks again x

That's great Michelle, hope you didn't block up the loo! Lol  ;D I'm still waiting for the prunes to work. I'll have another five or six of them tonight with some custard.

Congratulations  ;D  Keep up the good work.

I am thinking of trying the sea buckthorn - it is supposed to help dry bits (which I have plenty of) so I have thought about it off and on - but it is expensive  :o

I'm sure the sea buckthorn really helped. It loosens mucus. I paid £25 though and will only last a month x
