Yes, do a reload...I felt a blip was on the cards a few days back so have doubled up my nightly dose.

I've discovered that sometimes you end up with thrush in your bladder which feels like cystitis. I'll try a reload myself and also thrush treatment. And - you could go for an Estring which has a 49mcg dose of oestrogen a week.

Thought that I would report back 10 days into my reload, all going so well until this morning when I woke up feeling pressure in my bladder, burning urethra again but not nearly as bad as before.  I have been using Multigyn as well, what can this be now? totally confused as was going so well, plus all red down there again  :-\  Any wise words very welcome!

Sex ?  :-\ ? if the outer labia becomes dry, sore and itchy I apply KY-Jelly [other products are available]
