Hi, I had hearing tests and have lost some frequency hearing tones, the tinnitus comes with sensitive hearing, a real pain when minding my granddaughters, I had no problems until last year then I remember just before the hearing loss I had hot sweats and was very down on some days, I thought I had caught a ear infection,  now I know it was all the start of menopause, I did have tests for carpal and it so happens I do have it but apparently not bad enough for operating on, I do t want the injections as I've heard it's painful.

I've been on hrt for nearly a month, my aches and pains have lessened, I don't have the hot sweats anymore, still lack of libedo, I don't know how long till I see full benefits but I'm willing to try, I don't do "natural" haha, good luck to all the lady's who go down that route but I want my old self back, or as near as I can get!
