I have been following this thread a while because it was a long time since I had been to the dentist, and I have hurty teeth. They are worst on one side (crown) and then the other side joined in. I also have problems with jaw clenching. Any way, I found a new dentist, through a friend and had my teeth looked at, prodded and x-rayed and apart from a couple of small fillings that have deteriorated (that I knew about) they are fine. I had my gum pockets poked

and then teeth cleaned all the way around. This dentist had a hygienist with whom I can make an appointment as the fancy takes me

.
Anyway, my teeth still hurt on and off and yesterday, it was worse. Then I was a bit headachy. I realised that I had not drunk enough all day, went to bed the night before without my glass of water and missed it and woke feeling a bit thirsty, then failed to do anything about it more than the usual cups of tea etc. So, ibuprofen, and plenty of water and it has gone away

So today, I am carrying my water round the house with me

as I do seem to need a fair bit of water to function well.
(CKLD - my husband got an electric toothbrush yesterday, and Yes, the bathroom mirror is splattered.
