Very stiff joints and osteoarthritis now in foot and finger

I feel like a very old lady in younger skin. I can't believe how all these joint problems are related to peri. My 2 fingers have swollen at the joints and I have osteoarthritis now in my big toe joint and going up my foot making it hard for me to walk far now. I'm taking fish oils etc amongst other supplements but this isn't helping the joints only my skin. Any advice?
