When resting body twitches quite hardly
« on: October 16, 2016, 01:02:36 AM »

Hi everyone
I am on HRT but I do notice I still get parts of my body when resting that twitch hardly ie shoulders, arms, legs. They really jump. Also I have a feeling inside my body of small electric signals and sort of internal buzzing if that makes sense. My heart still races. I use 2 pumps of oestriogel and 12 days of utrogestan. The HRT has eased a lot of symptoms like:
Burning mouth syndrome
Night sweats
Acid reflux
Depressing thoughts
Anxiety (out of this world)
Panic attacks
I can still feel a bit anxious at times but I now try to think differently about it.
I've also got osteoarthritis in my finger and big toe joint now.
Why do I still get jumpy muscles and an internal tingling and buzzing sensation with a racing heart and lot.
Any ideas anyone?

Get your vit d and b12 checked. Do not settle for in range , these two need to be optimal.

Also the head zaps can be caused by an electrical 'surge', I get it enough to make me go 'OH!' but it's gone in an instant  ::)

Thanks for the answers. I expect it is all peri related even if I am on HRT. Anyone else get this?

Yes, I get this too. I call it "fizzing" because it's like a fizzing sensation. I get the twitching in my legs and sometimes above my ear too.
And the heart racing at random times.

For me I'm sure it's caused by fluctuating hormones. I've been taking Vit D for six months and been popping a B complex for years.
