Exercise does seem to help if you're up to it. I can't tell from your posts how desperate you feel, but if it's really bad, you may have to give in to it and take it easy for awhile. I know that's not what you want to hear. I think it was Dancinggirl that told me that when I was feeling really bad several months ago, and it turned out she was right. The more I fought and tried to stay ahead of this, the worse I felt. Let your husband and friends care for you. If you have a friend or two you can confide in, let them know what's going on and let them help you with shopping, cleaning, etc if you're having trouble handling it all. It does take some time to get settled on the hrt, so don't expect everything to be back to normal overnight. Some ladies are lucky and do get back on track almost immediately. I hope you are one of the lucky ones! But if it takes a little time, know that it will improve shortly, even if it feels like it's taking too long.
