I was on cyclical HRT before stopping in Feb and that gave me a period. I was at the docs last week due to my discharge and anxiety, insomnia. Also, I had a scan not long ago to check if there was any changes in the size of my fibroids but thankfully not.
My doc just said because my sweats had stopped and my discharge was a dark brown then I could be starting a period. And she was right!!
She said there no concern as its under a year and most women do go months without period, dark discharge as there heading towards post menopause etc. If it was no period after a year then this had happened she would be concerned x
