Ha, I was. 

Forgot to mention with all the trauma I went through,  is that my biopsy came back clear. 
She's not sure if the HRT caused my abnormal thickened womb lining or not. But she'll see me in 3 months time to check the me over and if no problems,  she'll discharge me.
So I'm happy as Larry,  whoever he is! 

(Couldn't deal with anymore drama's just yet.)

Oh that's such good news Jill 👌. Such a relief isn't it? You've had a lot to contend with lately so 
I had a skin lesion removed almost 4 weeks ago. The two and a half week wait for biopsy result was agonising but I got confirmation that it was what the consultant thought so, all good.
The old "health anxiety" made an unwelcome return 😬, let me tell you!

Oh thanks Sarah. The only thing is it was right in the middle of my chest so maybe no plunging necklines for me for a while 
Hubby said it was my battle scar and, very helpfully, suggested a nice tattoo to cover the scar 🤭. I think not 😲🙂

Oooh go on Songbird go for it. Your husband is right. I  saw a quote in a book I am reading, it said "Remember To Speak From The Scar, Not The  Wound. "

A scar is proof of healing, sometimes survival,  the opposite of the hurt or fear of an open wound from the past.

But a Tattoo.... Do IT! I have several, all highly personal to me my first  ( a grey wolf) lead me to meet the man I have loved and been loved by for the last 30+ years! My last was a ring tattooed on my wedding finger so I will go to my grave wearing his ring. Me? Romantic much??

Oh well done songbird. Great news. 

This year has been the pits. Never had, nor want again.
It's not quite over yet tho. OH still has one last hurdle to get over in January.  But at least we can enjoy Xmas.

What a great idea SarahT about the tattooed ring.
I love tats too, only having 3 myself. Each wrist and shoulder. Always said I'd get one on my ankle but never got round to it.

Does anyone remember "temp-toos"?
If you're not too sure whether to jump in fully, get a temp-too. It lasts a maximum of 4 years - at least that was the claim.......
I got 2 of them 20 years ago (and they are still very much still there 😲)

Good idea especially if your like me and started to dislike one of them. I now cover one of mine up with jewellery or a watch.

Baby owl found living in family Christmas tree

An owl was discovered living in a Kentucky family's Christmas tree.

The bird was discovered when carpet cleaner Bob Hayes was working in the house and noticed the tree branches moving.

The family says the bird was able to go undetected for four days because it blended into the tree's branches.

OH had his day case procedure done today.
He's doing well.
Now we can try and enjoy Xmas.
Nothing else planned now until January.
