Hi debs

I get this too. Really hard to explain but it like all of a sudden I can't focus and I keep blnking to try and see properly! I had to walk out of a shop the other day as it just started and I had to go and sit down. It's not painful, and my eyes are not red, I just really struggle to focus! Are yours like that?

Hi Hurdity

Thanks for the response, really helpful advice  :)

My periods have always been pretty regular every 4 weeks, the last 4 months or so they have been 3 weeks, 6 weeks, 5 weeks and I get really tender and sore breasts about a week after the bleed stops and that seems to last until the next bleed.

It feels like you get an adrenalin surge at times then everything seems to go a little haywire and this can last from 5+ minutes to a few hours and then you feel pretty rotten after.

The headache seems to have eased today but instead I have got neck ache!!  at times it seems the whole body aches...oh joys!

Hi Salrou

No my eyes don't get red and they are not painful, I find it really hard to focus first thing in the morning and it can come on at any time, really frustrating!

When I get it bad I just want to go and lie down until it passes.

How long have your eyes been bad? are you on HRT?

I get the random blurriness when at work on my computer, one day or even an hour I might be able to see the screen ok but the next it's blurry and I can't read it, neuro said for me it's short distance double vision and prisms in my lens have solved it

But when I'm tired in the evenings even my tv/distance prisms don't work
