A scan won't show a prolapse as far as I am aware Annie unless it is for more complex prolapses. It is usually a physical examination first lying on your side. You will be asked to cough and bear down so that the doc/gynae can see what happens in the vagina. It is also possible to check for yourself but you do need to be in the standing position to see how things feel. When you lie down quite often any prolapse will just disappear.

I get cramps like that too - it's just the muscle pulling the toe upwards. Painful but not dangerous in any way. Hope you remain cramp-free!!

I get cramps everyday Taz and always in my feet/toes but Friday nights one was brutal :-(

Yes I understand what you're saying about the scan and prolapse, I'll see how I get on being back on Vagifem and if there's no improvement I'll ask to see doc, I really didn't want any more operations but if it's that then it'd need sorting

Thank you
