Utrogestan
« on: August 15, 2016, 08:24:27 PM »

Hi ladies
I use 2 pumps of gel a day to supply the estrogen and take 100mg of utrogestan for 14 days of the month. Does it have to be 14 days or could it be less? I feel slightly strange on the utrogestan. My doctor is not very helpful x

In what way do you feel strange, as in a little wired up or the opposite....slightly drowsy and removed? It tends to affect people in different ways, makes me a tad jittery. I replied to your query on another thread, you should be ok using it for 10 days but it is recommended to have an ultrasound at least annually to see if it is keeping your endometrial lining thin enough.

Yes that is how it affects some people, I feel like that most months when I take it, dont know that theres much one can do about it...if you can get away with taking it for 10 days I would give that a try but I get jittery by around the 3rd day and thats the way it is for 12 days each month....sigh.
