It's been ages since I logged on here this site was such a comfort to me when I first started peri after my last period in December 2014, the name the horrible symptoms, terrible anxiety, flushes, night sweats.
After trying various hrt and anti depressants for the anxiety, I just felt worst and stopped everything and now take vitamin d, vitamin b with magnesium and that's it, happy to say I rarely get a panic attack or palpatations anymore unless something has worried me, before they were all the time.
The flushes and night sweats and lack of sleep are a different matter and are still there, I wake up during the night with sweat pouring off me and my heart beating like mad as its horrible and still scary. I sometimes feel sick with it too.
I just wondered if anybody has found anything to help with this other than hrt and anti depressants??, I'm constantly tired, how long will this all last?? Xx
