I need some lessons before I join the yodelling choir! I wonder if my singing teacher can help........! She's likes a challenge!

I looooove yodelling - hearing it, that is, not doing it!   Wonderful way of singing and so unique to Austria!   (I think......?)

Years ago I got pulled up on to a stage in a restaurant/bar in Austria & was expected to yodel  YES alcohol was involved. The guy told me that all I had to sing was:

"The older lady say"

But all I could do was giggle.

I forgot to mention that a bratwurst sausage was also involved in the stage show  NO NO it wasn't like that!! it was just a bit of harmless family fun - & it was years ago.

I passed a Yodel sign yesterday. I tried, but it didn't sound too good......
