I did find I was a little dragged out in the days my first two courses of it, but it became easier each time. Seemed to not wear off until after lunch. Now it doesn't bother me at all. I look forward to the good night's sleep. But I am having the withdrawal mood I've seen so many talk about this time. I think I've just finished my fourth time of it.

I hope it gets better lile you say its the readjusting everyone.  Luckily I don't get a mood problem mine are more physical
