Hi bladebabe

 :welcomemm:

When you say you've been in the menopause for about 3 years do you mean getting irregular cycles and flushes and sweats? Unfortunately symptoms do come and go at this time and probably not due to any herbal supplements - but just your body changing. Eventually as you get further into meno and these symptoms become more frequent only HRT can really help so perhaps something you want to consider? In the meantime looking after your general health - weight, diet, exercise etc will stand you in good stead as you enter this next phase of your life!

It's "the change" - with symptoms we don't expect as hormones fluctuate, then they seem to bounce back and scare the wits out of us  >:(!  Keeping a mood/food diary helps some ladies.

Alternatives may help for a while but if hormones join in the effects of herbals may well wane.  Have a look-see in the alternatives room?

Ask away ………..
