Hi Tallulah and jocrow,

I started on half a pump of the Estrogel for the last couple of days and once I'm up to one pump I will start the utrogesten, I have to say my palpitations have massively reduced and although sleep hasn't been brilliant I am feeling much cooler despite the lovely warm weather.

I'm dreading starting the progesterone bit but we will see. How are you both getting on?

Hope things are going well  :)

Some symptoms go more quickly than others, my insomnia took 3 months. You may find one pump isn't enough, the usual starting dose is two.

Thanks sheila99, the gyn told me to start on one pump for a bit before moving to two. I started on half a pump but put three quarters on today. Had a bit of a mild headache a few hours after application the last two days!
