Now that my cycle has restarted, I have began to notice a pattern in my anxiety and brain fog. I'm still not taking HRT as yet but intend to once this month finishes.
Basically from Day 1 - 12, I feel very anxious, fretful and have brain fog in the mornings. Then things start to improve until my period starts. I do get a bit of pmt and eat more, but that's all.
Strangely this month, I'm still spotting and am mid cycle, is this an indication of low hormones and if so, which one.
Also I mentioned before since my periods have restarted, my depression seems to have lifted. However, I do feel down today because I made the mistake of watching a programme about mental illness and it put the fear of God in me as my own recent experience of depression is still too raw.
My FSH levels on Day 4 were 27.
