Sorry you're not feeling great. I can empathise as I've always had health anxiety which has increased with the perimenopause. I'm sure someone more knowledgeable about suitable hormone treatments will be along, but you could also ask your GP for a referral for some CBT to help you deal with the anxiety side of things. With all the hormonal upheaval , our bodies do start to throw out weird and wonderful symptoms, but it is often our emotional responses to them that determines whether they blow over quickly or stick like glue to scare us. I've worried about my heart for years since my dad had a possible heart attack and was found to have a kink in an artery so do understand where you are at, but my dear hubby reminded me that after our son was born, I was equally convinced I had a brain tumour as I suffered from headaches that got worse as I worried, so our minds are very good at making us feel physically unwell, especially when our hormones are depleted. See your GP or google to see if your health trust run a self referral to CBT scheme in your area.
